Property Empire UK is a simulation game. Prices, rents, taxes, lenders and outcomes are simplified models for play and are not financial, legal or investment advice.
Your account
An account lets you back up and restore your career across devices. You are responsible for keeping access to the email address or sign-in provider you use.
Purchases
Where in-app purchases are offered they are handled by the app store you bought them through and are subject to its refund rules. Purchases add game content only and have no real-world value.
Fair play
Do not attempt to tamper with saves on the server, disrupt the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
Changes
When these terms change you will be asked to accept the new version before continuing to use your account.
